Although every one of our watches are hand crafted and inspected, we understand things can go wrong. Fortunately, in the unlikely event that you do experience a fault, we stand by our products and guarantee peace of mind.
Warranty coverage includes broken crystals, broken/malfunctioning movement, and broken case/crown and will either be repaired or replaced if a fault occurs within 2 years of the original purchase. If you experience any faults please do not hesitate to get in touch.
We handle all shipping expenses for warranty repairs. The original authenticity card is required for the watch to be covered by warranty. Please allow for up to 4 weeks for watch to be returned.
